Join this 4 day, 3 night event as Sarah & Kat guide you back to yourself! We will be staying at God’s Peaks Lodge all weekend in shared rooms with stunning views! Meals are provided from Thursday evening to Sunday morning!

Sarah Anderson
Facilitator; Golden, BC
Sarah is a mother, a wife, a doula and a daughter. She is a Yoga Teacher, specializing in prenatal and postnatal work, with years of experience working as a professional dancer and aerialist; a Reiki Master; a Family & Systemic Constellations Facilitator; and a Tantra Teacher. Sarah has been teaching movement for over a decade and hosting women’s circles since 2018.
She is currently completing a graduate certificate in sexual health. Sarah’s energy work includes her spiritual practices and techniques, working with the nervous system to release trauma. She performs a very special and healing womb-blessing (available upon request). It is her wish that you feel whole and serene within yourself and will reflect back your innate beauty to you. May we dance, play, love, laugh and cry together! So mote it be!
Kat Taniberg
Facilitator; Golden, BC
Kat is a lover of all things spirituality. She is a yoga teacher who loves to explore the yin and the yang between Vinyasa Flow and Restorative practices; a Human Design Reader guiding you to understand your unique blueprint on this earth; a Menstrual Cycle Coach empowering women to reconnect to their cycle and the creative force within them. Kat has been hosting women’s circles since 2022.
The common thread among Kat’s practices is to guide you back to the most authentic version of yourself, not the one that society has pushed you to be, but then one that your heart is longing for you to connect back to. Kat’s gift is that she sees deeply into your soul and holds space for you in a way that allows you to see what she sees. It’s time to find our way back to our true self and fall in love with what we find.
