Release into Spring!
Join Randa Sultan and Sarah Anderson on April 6th for a full day of Family & Systemic Constellations as well as sound and breathwork!
This will be a day to release any old family patterns, see what needs to be cleared in your life, and move forward with intention and clarity.
We will conclude the day with breathwork to integrate and feel well.
The day:
We will begin at 10am with an opening circle. We invite our ancestors to join us for the healing work and clear any residual energy before entering the space. Sarah will explain the history of constellations and the work that will be done during the day.
We will have time for one person to experience a constellation before we break for lunch around 12 or 1pm.

We will return and reintegrate with sound and then experience 2-4 more constellations based on the time. The day will end around 4pm with a gentle breathwork integration and closing circle!

Not everyone will receive a constellation during the day, however, everyone who attends either as a witness or representative gets just as much (or possibly even more) benefits as the one who requests the constellation. There will be an opportunity for everyone to have a chance to look at what they wish, however due to timing, only 4-5 people will be able to receive a full constellation.
Space is held for around 12 people. The support of community means so much to this work and the collective healing that we are creating.
