Sarah Simone Anderson lives and serves in Golden, BC.

She can offer support to a range of locations such as the Banff/Canmore area, Calgary and surrounding areas, Invermere, or Revelstoke; based on scheduling and availability.

Sarah is a devoted mother and her family is her main priority; that being said, she will only take on clients knowing that she will be able to be fully present and available for this amazing journey in your life!

Full Birth Doula Service

This is one of the most important journeys of your life and your baby’s! I am here for all of it:

• Free initial consultation
• 1-2 in person prenatal meetings (based on what you desire and what time permits)
• 24/7 support via text/phone/email
• In person support during labour and attending the birth
• Back up Doula (if available)
• 1 postpartum visit & follow up (can be as soon as 24 hours after birth, one week later or six weeks)

Prenatal Prep & Postpartum Care

Perhaps you don’t want anyone else attending your birth, or you’re in a different location than Sarah. She can still help!

• Free initial consultation
• 2-3 in person or virtual prenatal meetings (based on what you desire and what time permits) 90-120 mins each
• 1 postpartum visit & follow up (can be as soon as 24 hours after birth, one week later or six weeks)
• 24/7 support via text/phone/email until 3 months postpartum

Suggested price: $550-750

One-Time Session

Alternately, if you would like a ONE-time meeting with you and your partner, Sarah can come once for a two hour meeting for $250 and teach the basics:

• Comfort Measures during labour
• Birth Wishes/birth plan creation
• Postpartum Care plan & practices

Birthing Suite

We have created a beautiful suite in our basement to be an ideal space to labour and birth your child as your home away from home. We understand that a lot of people desire a home birth but don’t necessarily want to do it at their home due to many reasons. Consider our place!

Add Ons

Sarah is trained in many modalities and can support your journey with additional offerings:

• Mother Blessing: a mother blessing, or blessingway, is like a baby shower but the focus is on the mother to be! I can help facilitate this event with ritual, yoga, meditation. I highly recommend a blessingway before the baby comes and around 3 months postpartum! – 120 mins ($150)
• Energy Healing: Reiki is “universal life force energy”. This is a gentle healing session to help unravel & unwind. We deal with any physical, emotional or spiritual blocks you might have- 90 mins OR 2 x 45 mins ($150)
• Womb Initiation: This is a very powerful ritual to help clear the womb of anything you no longer need, and invite in what you want! I have performed these on any gender and every stage of life and journey into pregnancy- 60 mins ($150)
• Pre/postnatal yoga (see Yoga tab)
• Birth Pool Liners: $55

Treats

Whether you are having a birth or someone you know is, these treats are amazing must haves for the mama!

• Belly Balm– all natural balm for the growing belly- great for a baby bottom if you have any leftover after birth! ($20)
• Sitz Bath Herbs– a special blend of herbs designed for the early postpartum days. These herbs are meant to be steeped to use in a peri bottle, a sitz bath or a full bath. This is a must have for anyone who may experience tearing and to help with inflammation. ($20)
• Affirmation Oracle Deck– this is a mini deck (think a third of the size or a regular business card) of 25 of my most precious and meaningful affirmations. Pick one every day or whenever you need some guidance. ($20)
