Sarah is a trained professional in sexual health. She uses her skills from across her trainings (both physical and spiritual) to support you in your fullness. Sessions are mostly talking with some tools to consider and homework!
Family & Systemic Constellations
Sarah has a unique opportunity to help you see things in your life in a new way. I use tools from the Family & Systemic Constellations framework to help us find clarity on things that are unseen.
Reiki
Sometimes the most simple approach is needed. You just need a little rest and care and Sarah is there! She often offers Reiki to her online clients as a way of dropping in at the beginning of a session.
Support
Just because we may have done a session and you’ve gone home, it does not mean the work ends there! you can reach out at any time in the future to check in on how you’re doing, book another session or simply ask a question.
Sessions are usually 75 minutes long in person or online. Sarah charges $140 per session. There is a brief questionnaire ahead of time to expedite our work together. You can choose to work with her on Sundays from 12-6:00pm at the Golden Collective, or online during an arranged time.
